Male fertility may be negatively impacted by these 3 lifestyle factors
We know that it takes 2 to tango and an egg and sperm to create an embryo. Did you know that male fertility is equally as important as female fertlility in creating a good quality embryo? Conception is 50% egg and 50% sperm. Research has shown that male fertility is...

Are you Ovulating? 4 easy ways to check

Frequently Asked Questions
You have questions, and we have answers!
How much will my appointment cost?
Initial fertility appointments are $180 and last for 90 minutes (male patients can book 1 hour appointments for $140). Follow-up appointments are $125 and last for 45 minutes. Herbs and supplements are additional.
DOES ACUPUNCTURE HURT?
If you do not wish to have acupuncture, you can still become a patient and just take herbal medicine and supplements.
IS MY PRACTITIONER FULLY QUALIFIED?
Yes, Lisa is a registered Chinese Medicine practitioner. She has previously worked in hospitals as an Occupational Therapist, and is a member of all the required associations and AHPRA. Kim is a registered Chinese Medicine practitioner and has a Masters of Reproductive Medicine, she is a member of all the required associations and AHPRA.
Can i be a patient if i live outside of sydney?
Yes! Kim has patients all over the world. You can become a patient by booking a Telehealth consultation. If Telehealth is not suitable, alternative options like WhatsApp video calls or phone consultations are available. Payment for Telehealth consultations is taken before the appointment. Health funds may not allow you to claim the appointment, please check with your fund first if this is a concern.
SHOULD MY PARTNER HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TOO?
Typically this is a good idea if sperm testing has shown any abnormalities or poor sperm quality. Lisa can advise you during your first session whether your partner needs an appointment too, however basic advice is always given during that session that can apply to both partners. If you are from a same sex couple the person being treated depends on factors such as who is having egg collection and who is going to be pregnant. Please get in touch with Lisa directly for more advice.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET PREGNANT?
Your fertility journey is unique, and your treatment schedule will be unique to you as well. Lisa will be able to guide you in your first couple of sessions in terms of treatment plan. While we can never know the future, following your treatment plan will help to improve your chances of conception. Your treatment can be adapted to natural conception or to work alongside assisted reproductive technology (ART).
